A family entertainer
Karan is a person whose versatility has no limits in his fortification of his characters. Karan’s choice of roles has taken a turn for the better and naturally expectations about his projects are high. ‘Kathavarayan’ too, you hear, has a formidable line. The film is ‘Salangai’ Durai’s debut directorial attempt. But he has made a mark in Telugu as the storywriter of the Vishnu starrer, ‘D.’. In this film he dons a role of a bootlegger. This will be Vadivelu’s first movie as a comedian after he did the box office blunder ‘Indralogathil Na Azhagappan’.
‘Kaathavarayan’ features Karan, Vidheesha and Radha in the lead roles. In the movie, Vadivelu plays a pawn broker, one that haggles with his customers to retrieve the money he has lent. ‘Kaathavarayaan’ is said to be a full family entertainer and is slated for an early release.
