Composing great music for mega-starrer Rajnikanth’s Sivaji, A R Rahman becomes highest paid music director for a film. S J Suryah has opted Rahman to score music for his upcoming Telugu film Puli with Pawan Kalyan donning lead role.
Usually when a director decides to make a film, it is the producers whom he hunts for and later followed by selection of cast and crew. But that doesn’t happen with SJ Suryah as he goes for Rahman first and later with others. When asked the reason for paying A R Rahman Rs. 2Crore for his film, he says that his musical melodies are more worth than this and anyone who knows about his magic mantra would pay him more…
