Aish turns Producer for Hollywood Film
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is all set to act and play the role of an executive producer for the Bhopal Movie. The film is based on the story of a young woman’s search for her father, a plant manager on duty the night of the disaster in Bhopal. The movie was announced outside the Union Carbide factory on the 20th anniversary of the tragedy on 3 December, 2004 and is now in its scripting stage.
It is being directed by debutant Zachary Coffin, who acted alongside Angelina Jolie in A Mighty Heart. Aishwarya will be seen playing the lead in the film. Her co-stars include Irrfan Khan, Anupam Kher, Shobana and Seema Biswas amongst others.
