‘Yudh’, a bilingual film (Hindi and Tamil), which it was announced a few years back is finally ready to hit the floors. Interestingly the movie features Amitabh Bachchan and Arjun coming together. The movie is about the life of two army officers, who sacrifice themselves for the sake of the country. Arjun has worked in over 100 films in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada. Nevertheless, , he feels like a newcomer. He is not very fluent in Hindi, but he will be acquainted within a month or so. He was offered Hindi films earlier, but he liked my character in ‘Yudh’.
His character, Rajput cop (Arjun Pratap Singh) and fiercely patriotic, is disillusioned with the system and turns a rebel to wipe out evil. Arjun has also acted with Nana Patekar recently for Bharathiraja’s ‘Bommalattam’ recently.
