Big B to Star Opposite Miss.Srilanka
Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan will star opposite Miss Sri Lanka in her debut film Aladdin. Miss Sri Lanka 2006 Jacqueline Fernandez would play the character of Princess Jasmine in the film, while Bachchan would essay the role of the Jeannie. Fernandez, a Hindi movie buff, has already begun brushing up her Hindi before the film goes on the floor, the report said. She is doing so to avoid her voice being dubbed.
This will be Fernandez’s first stint in acting, the paper said adding, and she was working as an anchorperson in a business programme in Sri Lanka besides writing a column for a newspaper. The film Aladdin has actor Riteish Deshmukh in the title role with Sanjay Dutt also in the star cast. Vishal-Shekhar is doing the music.
