Bollywood Actor Jackie Shroff in Tamil
Noted Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff has been a superstar with successful hits in Hindi films and now he makes his debut in Tamil Cinema. The film titled ‘Aranya Kandam’ features him in lead role and SPB Charan produces the film under the banner of Capital Film Works. Debutant Kumara Raja handles story, screenplay, dialogues and direction for the film. It is notable that earlier he worked with Rajeev Menon and Pushkar-Gayathri as associate director and penned script for ‘Oram Po’.
Actors Sampath Raj, Rambo Rajkumar, Ajay Raj and Ravi Krishna were performing prominent roles. Sources have revealed that Jackie Shroff was more impressed by script and accepted to do the script. Yuvan Shankar Raja tunes melodies to the lyrics of Gangai Amaran while Videsh has decorated set decoration. Super Subbarayan has choreographed stunts while Kalyan and Ajay Raj are the dance choreographers.
Shooting for the film will hit the floors of Chennai from November 28 at the coastal regions of Royapuram. Also it would filmed at various places over Ennore, Thandayar Pettai and Manali.
