Flop turns into a hit in Europe
Many would have forgotten a movie named ‘Kadhal Kaditham’, which couldn’t get enough number of cinema halls for its release, was released in a couple of theatres in Chennai and bombed miserably. Recently this film was released in the European country of Norway and believe it or not, has done a stimulating business. ‘Kadhal Kaditham’ is a love story spanning across Sri Lanka and Tamil Nadu.
After an excellent run in Norway, the film has now been released in Canada, where expatriate Tamils live in thousands. The film would soon be released in London, Sri Lanka and in India (for the second time) too. The lead actors, Sri Balaji and Anisha, are rank newcomers but have delivered stunning individual performances. A song ‘Yaazhdeviyil…’ appears to be the major crowd puller.
