Future Projects of Mid Valley
Production, distribution and exhibition of movies was always the prime object of MID VALLEY ENTERTAINMENTS, has embarked on a project to acquire cinema theatres on lease and upgrade them with digital equipment and other assets. It has already leased in 69 theatres in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. It intends to add another 250 theatres by April 2009.
To part finance the project the company plans to come out with a public issue of 90 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each through book building.
