Genelia joins the list of 7-Digit Paid actresses

Recently Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut was offered a Crore for her Tollywood debut ‘Darling’ with Prabhas. Now, Genelia Whas been paid the same amount for her film ‘Katha’ where Arun Kumar of ‘Inidhu Inidhu’ (Remake of Happy Days in Tamil yet to release) does the lead role.
Speaking about this romantic thriller, Genelia says, ‘It’s an interesting storyline and I enact the role of a teacher.’ Shooting has already commenced by April and her portions would be shot now. Directed by debutant Srinivas Raga and produced by Gunnam Gangaraju, plans are to release the film by August.
