Well, though there has been dominance of various actors of present generation in town, the craze for Makkal Thilagam MGR still exists. It will be highlighted a step further by the film ‘Puratchi Thalaivan’
‘Maduraiyai Meeta Sundara Pandiyan’ is the last ever film performed by MGR, and now after a long gap ‘Puratchi Thalaivan’ would bring his appearance in animation. It would portray best of styles and mannerisms. The present generation could see, enjoy and visualise his performance, his screen presence as well as his grace through this rare and great effort.
‘Puratchi Thalaivan’ is directed by Venky Baboo and Produced by Sridevi Rao for the banner Mayabimbam Media Private Limited. Mayabimbam Media have to their credit of producing V4, the first ever 3D animation film project wherein great icons of Tamil film industry Ilaiyaraja, Valee, B.Lenin, Sivasankar, Valee contributed. It was released in September, 2007 and well acclaimed by animation audience
Just with a limited budget of four crores, V4 proved its technical efficiency, which was made possible by the tireless efforts of local computer engineers of Kollywood, it never waited for any techibical touches or bombardment Hollywood technologies. Mayabimbam’s latest venture is ‘Puratchi Thalaivan’
The trailer of this animation film ‘will be showcased on January 17th which is ‘Puratchi Thalaivar’s birthday, preparatory work for the function is on swing.
Well, now can we guess who would be heroine for the charming actor?
Is it B.Saroja Devi? J Jayalalitha? Latha or else…heroines off late Trisha? Nayanthara? Shreya?
