Historical audio launch
This will be the first time Kollywood is going to witness a huge mammoth function. The whole Indian film industry is glued to witness the happening of the audio launch of Dasavatharam. Never in the history of Indian Cinema such extravaganza has been witnessed. No doubt this audio launch has been fittingly named as the meeting of the legends. The top brass of the Indian cinema and politicians will share the dais tomorrow evening .This is going to be a star glittered evening with all the VIPs rubbing shoulders.
It is also learnt that Kamal Haasan has paid Jackie Chan a whopping Rs.4.5 Crore to release his Dasavatharam audio at Chennai. Jackie will be arriving tonight . The film also marks Himesh Reshammiya’s debut in Tamil cinema. He has composed the music for Dasavatharam. Sony BMG has forayed into the Tamil music market by acquiring the music rights of Kamal Haasan’s most talked-about movie Dasavatharam, in which he plays 10 different roles. “Dasavatharam” is one of the most anticipated films this year.
The movie will not only see Kamal Haasan playing 10 different characters, but actress Asin also plays dual roles. Bollywood sex symbol Mallika Sherawat appears as a CIA agent, while Jayapradha, the well-known character artiste, plays another important role. Sony BMG Music Entertainment is partially owned by Bertelsmann A.G. and by Sony Corporation of America.
