Actor Kamal Haasan had called upon the Honorable Chief Minister Mr. M. Karunanidhi yesterday at his residence. The meeting of the duo was a courtesy call since both of them had always enjoyed a god rapport. During the visit Kamal had discussed about his forthcoming venture Dasavatharam.
In Dasavatharam Kamal Hassan has 10 different roles, countered by the heroine Asin’s dual role in the movie. Mallika Sherawat dons an altogether different cap in this movie. She appears as a CIA agent while Jayapradha, the well-known character artiste, plays another important role in the movie. The movie has been edited by Ashmith Kunder.The film is produced by Oscar Ravichandran and was directed by K.S.Ravikumar. The shooting of the movie has been completed and the post production work is going on. The music for the film has been given by Himesh Reshammiya. This is Reshammiya’s debut in Kollywood.
Confirming the release date of his film, Oscar Films’ Ravichandran said, “Dasavatharam is getting ready for a worldwide release on 10 April. It will be released in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi simultaneously, the number of prints and publicity campaign are being worked out.”
