Large groups of Kollywood for Protest Rally
It has been confirmed that the entire gang of Kollywood would be heading towards Rameshwaram on October 19 to protest against the cruel killings of Tamilians over there in Sri Lanka. Earlier, Producers Council had hosted the meeting and later yesterday Sarath Kumar has confirmed about extending their support. Theatre Exhibitor’s Association President Mr. Annamalai has stated that theatres would be shut down from Noon and Matinee shows on Oct 19 as a token of observing the protest.
Producers Council Rama Narayanan has stated that arrangements are being made for a special train from Egmore to Rameshwaram. Since there are larger groups, special buses have also been arranged to the destination.
