Alaiodu Vilyadu is being produced by the renowned cinematographer Raj Preethi. The movie features newcomers Vijayan and Thoothukudi fame Karthiga in lead roles. Manivannan, Ponvannan and O A K Sundar are also in the cast. Actress Meera Jasmine’s sister Jenny Jasmine makes her debut in Kollywood with Alaiodu Vilayadu. Written and directed by Raghavan, Alaiodu Vilayadu is a movie on the romance of a rough and tough youth brought up in a fishing hamlet.
The movie is shot in Kulachal, Kurumbanai and adjoining areas in Kaniyakumari. Sabesh Murali have scored the music while Kandhas has handled choreography. Jenny Jasmine is confident that she will make it big in Tamil tinsel world. She further adds that this film has o good script and she is playing a pivotal role.
