Mumtaz, item girl recently tuned towards characteristic role has given a exclusive interview to one of the leading Tamil magazine by emphasizing more on heroine roles in Tamil cinema.
Mumtaz who earlier appeared in couple of glamour roles, now more concern about decent roles in Tamil cinema. In here recent hit movie Veerasamy, Mumtaz had opted decent and heavy role, after Veerasamy actress searching for same or different kind of story to show here acting skill.
But the reality is different, because of heroines invasion from other regional had created large-scale competition in Kollywood, in this situation it is not easy to capture again a heroine role in Kollywood.
