Outcries of the ‘Maina’ girl
The ‘Maina’ girl of Kollywood is what everyone addresses her now. She doesn’t carry the fairly bleached skins. She looks normal-toned and yet sensuous. Of course, the actress defines what a real sensuality means, which is not about skin shows and skimpy costumes.
She’s actress Amala Paul from God’s Own Country. The actress made her debut in Kollywood with ‘Veerasekeran’ donning the role of a plus 2 student. Now, the cool girl is drenching herself with continuous cries while filming for ‘Maina’.
The film is directed by Prabhu Solomon and is completely shot across the hilly forests. Naturally, it’s a land where leaches are found in flocks and she was badly bitten by the creatures resulting in unavoidable cries. Says Amala: ‘Wouldn’t you cry if the same situation happens for you?’
