Periyar needs modification

Periyar team felt OK about the overall performance of the movie, but after seeing the preview show the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister recommended some points has to highlighted, because the film was based on historical aspect of Periyar, So director can’t take any chance on film making. Sathyaraj’s effort and directors hard work brought the exact fame of Dravida Kazhagam.

This film was widely expected to release after completing some alteration recommended by M.Karunanidi and this film was awarded grant of 95 lakhs for Periyar.
