Poda Podi dropped?
Poda Podi is a film which has Simbhu and Varalakshmi in the lead. This film is to be directed by Vignesh Shiva. The shooting of the film was supposed to commence during the month of July. But there is news that Simbhu after completing Vinnai Thandi Varuvaaya will act and direct the film Valiban. Now under these circumstances Simbhu will not able to act in Poda Podi.
So this project has to be shelved. But the director said,” Simbhu is in Italy now. Once he returns to Chennai, he will be participating in the story discussion. There were rumors many a time that this project is dropped. I am not worried about it. The shooting will commence in July as per schedule. Simbhu will act in Valiban after completing this film.”
the movie will start this july. valiban will be started only by november and poda podi will be a shot in a straight 65 days schedule and will be released for december.
