Polladhavan for Festival of Lights
Polladhavan is certain for release this Deepavali. Directed by debutant Vettrimaran, a former associate of director Balu Mahendra, Polladhavan features Divya alias Kuthu Ramya opposite Dhanush. Dhanush plays a boy next door with dreams and aspirations to come up in life. The problems that he encounters in realizing his mission are what the story is all about. Polladhavan has cinematography by Velraj and editing by V T Vijayan. G V Prakash has come up with half-a-dozen peppy songs for the movie.
Yengayum Eppodhum, the evergreen hit number rendered by S P Balasubramaniam, is remixed for Polladhavan. Popular rap singer Yogi has remixed the song and appears on screen with Dhanush.
