Rajnikanth and Kamal in St.Thomas film
Rs 50 Crore movie will be made on St Thomas, the apostle of Jesus Christ. The project will be inaugurated tomorrow by Chief Minister M Karunanidhi and is expected to match Hollywood big-budget movies such as Ben Hur and the Ten Commandments in budget and quality. The film on the life of St Thomas, produced by Archdiocese of Madras-Mylapore, would have spiritual consolation for people of all walks of life.
Rajnikanth, Kamal Haasan, Ajith, Vijay and Vikram will be playing guest role in this film. The film would initially be made in Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi and later dubbed into various other languages, including English and French. The Government of Canada and Vatican will finance this project.
