Romance with a difference
Director P Vasu’s son Sakthi has commenced shooting for his next film titled Mahesh, Saranya Mattrum Palar. Produced by Kool Productions, the movie is directed by V Ravi, a former associate of director Lingusamy. He has written the story, screenplay and dialogues too for the film. After Thottal Poo Malarum, Sakthi wanted his next to be different from it. He had listened to several scripts.
When Ravi narrated the story of Mahesh, Saranya and Mattrum Palar, he thought it had substance in it and decided not to miss the project. It’s a youthful entertainer. Both Sakthi and Sandhya are young and vibrant and the director feels they are apt to play the lead roles. It is a routine romantic story but narrated with a difference. Vidyasagar is scoring the music for the movie. Gunasekharan, who worked as associate to cinematographer R D Rajasekhar is cranking the camera.
