A famous and most prestigious award Padmashree, is presented to Lyricist Vaalli by President of India Dr. A.P. Abdul kalam in a Grand ceremony held at Rastriya Bhavan in New Delhi. He is the only veteran in Tamil Cinema who has seen three generations of Kollywood. Starting from M.G.R, Sivaji, Kamal Hassan, Rajni to recent Dhanush he had penned “N” of Lyrics to Tamil Cinema.
In this occasion we have to feel proud that Vaalli is belonging to son of Tamil soil, and we lend our support to Padmashree Vaalli to continue his service for both Tamil & Tamil Cinema.
