Have you ever heard names of these producers like Raj,Felix,Sri naresh and Krishnan . Certainly not. These guys whose native place is Andhra Pradesh are now working as software engineers in US. Now these producers wanted to produce a tamil movie under their production banner called New Lite Productions. One more interesting thing is we never knew a person called Mr.R.Raj is supposed to be a very famous story and screenplay writer in Hollywood. These producers selected one of his stories. Now they wanted a best director to direct this film so they were on the search in the net. Veteran Malayalam director who has directed more than 29 films, a winner of four national awards and also gave a super hit movies like Vidya arambam, Deiva namthil, Johhny Walker, teysadanam,Kaliyattam,Karumam,Santham and 4 students was chosen .
The story was narrated to him and he immediately agreed for this project. He chose Vincent Ashokan who acted as a villain in Aye, Pokkirri and Alwar. The director felt he was the apt person to do this anti-hero role in the movie. Navya Nair is to pair with him. Srikanth Deva is the director of music. P.Sussela after thirteen years has recorded a song with yester year super singer T.M.S son T.M.S.Paulraj. Poet Vairamuthu has penned the lyrics. The dialogues are penned by Pattukottai Prabakaran. Vinith is doing an important role in this movie.
The other stars are Ramesh Khanna, Manobala, Aarthi.Sreeman, Chandrasekaran, Sukumari and Pallavi. Raghuvaran is adorning a role which he has so far not done in any of his movies. In fact he was so deeply engrossed even after his shot was over in the locale of Munnar and did not want move from there. The shooting spots were chosen in Munnar and Chennai but the important fact is that these locations have not so far appeared in any of the tamil flicks. So folks let us wait till the cat is out of the bag.
