Director : Manikandan
Music : Joushwa Sridar
Typical love story Ninaithu Ninaithu Parthen doing good in kollywood, in fact Tamil cinema seen many kinds of love story, but this will be the first film which describes cross border love story. Debutant director Manikandan had tried some thing to express through the script, and he produced a romantic entertainer movie Ninaithu Ninaithu Parthen.
Except Vikranth we can able to see too many new faces in the screen, besides we can also able to trace some eminent actors like Malaysia Vasudevan, ‘Oru Thalai Ragam’ Shankar and heart specialist Dr. Cherian who also featuring in prominent roles.
Vikranth able to complete his given task without much difficulty, coming to the story front in a good will tour to India, Farhana (Aashitha) family reaches Chennai for an open heart surgery to her sister, who is been severely affected by cardiac problem. Farhana sister get assistance from Chennai based heart specialist Dr.Cherian, Farhana asked to stay in Chennai for 6 months.
So Farhana joins local college to continue with her studies where she meets Adikesavan(Vikranth) in the college campus Adikeshavan-Farhana intro turns into friendship later on there friendship blossom into love. Cinema mandate both of them fall in love, meanwhile Varadarajan (Raj Kapoor) and anti-Pakistan team try to separate the loveable couples, in this occasion Farhana’s father reaches Chennai, who is anti-Indian came to know his daughter love with a Tamilian.
Farhana father takes vow to separate the couple, and joins anti-Pakistan team to depart Adikeshavan-Farhana, and movie revolves around with the screenplay twist whether Vikranth able to get Farhana, and how he convinced anti-India group are certain questions was answered in the climax with simple dialogues.
Setback to this film arises from the vague story with loosely connected screenplay let down the growth of the film. New face Aashitha really looks like a Pakistan girl, Vikranth had don a quite promising role in this film. Every actor had done a decent role in this film, but director able to fail coordinate the film into a proper channel.
In order to give a love story director created lot of huddles, which looks artificial, and it was not acceptable by the audience. At last keeping in the mind like movies Kadhal, director had taken a same path in this film, which shows the weakness from the director path.
